If the excitement around Meta’s (META) new Muse AI agent is slowing down, you certainly don’t see it in the download numbers Wall Street is tracking like a hawk.

Meta Business Agent is an AI agent that replies to your customers inside Meta’s messaging apps. It answers questions, recommends products from your catalog, books appointments, qualifies leads, and hands the conversation to someone on your team when a chat needs a person.

Meta’s (META) popular Muse AI agent continues to gain steam, topping 5 million downloads as of Wednesday, according to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower.
